CARNIVAL!!!

First Steps will be having a Halloween Carnival on Friday October 18th from 6:30 to 8:00 at the Central location (1824 N 11th Street, Bismarck). We will be having a haunted house, web toss, slime dig. cyclops march, pumpkin carving contest, raffle and more. Tickets are 25 cents each and raffle entry is $1.00. There will also be pizza and taco in a bag. All proceeds will go to Heaven’s Helper Soup Cafe. Wear your costume and come and have some fun!!!
